Pupil Voice & Wellbeing

Confidence to be Heard

Voice, Relationships & Wellbeing

Strong relationships help pupils feel able to communicate, seek support and take part in school life. Trusted adults and our pastoral team support emotional regulation, wellbeing and engagement.

We help pupils develop resilience and self-advocacy: expressing what they need, making their views known and asking for help. School Council and wider pupil voice give pupils opportunities to contribute to decisions.

Listening to what matters

Pupils have asked for more clubs, improved rewards and wider opportunities to participate.

We are developing clearer ways to show pupils how their views influence what happens next, and to make sure that pupils across all pathways can contribute.
