Decisions shaped by pupils’ needs

Leaders and governors share a responsibility to help Baskerville provide a safe, inclusive and ambitious education. Decisions about teaching, support, staffing and resources should improve pupils’ experiences and opportunities.

We review safeguarding, inclusion, teaching, attendance, behaviour and outcomes to understand what is working and where change is needed. Our School Development Plan brings these priorities together and guides improvement across the school.

During 2026/27, we are evaluating how recent leadership changes work in practice, with attention to consistency, staff workload and the difference they make for pupils.
