Consistent support for pupils
Evaluate the leadership model across all three pathways, strengthen professional learning and check how changes improve teaching and pupils’ experiences.
Effective oversight
Develop governors’ skills and monitoring across key priorities, with clear actions and regular review of progress.
Staff wellbeing & workload
Listen to staff, respond to concerns and evaluate whether roles, expectations and working arrangements provide the support colleagues need.
