Learning from our school community

Pupil & family voice

School Council gives pupils opportunities to raise views about school life, including safety, rewards and wider experiences. Families can share their views through school communication, parent forums and the published complaints process.

We are strengthening how we record the actions taken in response to feedback and explain what has changed.

Staff development & wellbeing

Staff wellbeing and manageable workload are important improvement priorities. We are reviewing role clarity and the effects of new arrangements, and will use further staff feedback to check where changes or support are needed.

Professional learning is linked to school priorities. We are developing how we evaluate its use in everyday practice and its impact on pupils.
