How our leadership works

The September 2026 leadership arrangements connect whole-school direction with oversight of teaching and support within our three pathways.

Whole-School Leadership

Headteacher & Deputy Headteacher

The Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher retain whole-school oversight of improvement, safeguarding, inclusion, curriculum, staffing and resources.

They work with the wider leadership team to set priorities, review provision and report to governors on progress and continuing concerns.

Pathway Leadership

Assistant Headteachers & Pathway Leaders

Each of our three pathways has an Assistant Headteacher and a Pathway Leader, bringing leadership closer to everyday teaching, learning and pupil support.

Discovery · Explorers · Voyagers

These leaders oversee practice within their pathways and work together on shared school priorities.
