External Support & Independent Review

We work with Birmingham, school improvement advisers, other schools and independent safeguarding reviewers. Their advice and challenge help us test our understanding of the school and identify actions.

The Birmingham Project Board provides additional oversight during rebuilding and organisational change. School leaders and governors retain responsibility for the school’s improvement priorities, decisions and follow-through.

Our focus is on what we learn from these reviews, the action we take and the effect on pupils’ experiences.
