Careers Education and Guidance Policy at Baskerville School

At Baskerville School, we recognise that careers provision will look very different across our different pathways. Our aim is to raise aspirations and support every student to prepare for their future, whatever their pathway or individual needs.
Our careers programme is closely linked to Preparation for Adulthood, supporting students to develop independence, explore opportunities, build employability and life skills, and prepare for their individual next steps.

Beyond Baskerville Careers Entitlement

Every student at Baskerville has a personalised careers journey. Our Careers Entitlement Framework sets out the experiences and opportunities students can expect across our Discovery, Explorer and Voyager pathways.
Overview of Careers Provision
Provider Access

We welcome education, training and employment providers who can support our students to prepare for life beyond Baskerville.
Further information about our approach to careers and provider access can be found in our:
Careers Education and Guidance Policy and Provider Access Policy Statement

Both policies can be found in the Policies and Procedures web page.
