Included SEN Careers Fair

Employer Encounters | Exploration

Exploring Future Opportunities

Students from Key Stage 5 attended the Included SEN Careers Fair, where they met employers, training providers and organisations offering inclusive opportunities for young people with additional needs.

Students were able to:

  • Ask questions about jobs and training opportunities
  • Explore supported internships and further education pathways
  • Practise speaking to employers
  • Learn about options available after school

The experience helped students build confidence when speaking to unfamiliar adults and develop a greater understanding of future opportunities.

"I enjoyed meeting different employers and finding out about jobs I didn't know existed."
